About the Position:
The Field Service Technician I role involves servicing, repairing, and maintaining coin & currency equipment, ATM's, software, and specialized office products at client sites in Milwaukee and the surrounding area. This position requires close collaboration with sales and service teams at the branch level.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Perform installations, upgrades, and preventative maintenance on company equipment
  • Travel to client sites daily by vehicle
  • Collaborate with branch employees to meet client requirements
  • Respond promptly to customer service requests as per the contract
  • Be available for extended hours and 'On-Call' duties as needed
  • Maintain a well-stocked vehicle parts inventory
  • Keep the company vehicle clean and in good condition
  • Ensure the safety and security of company assets
  • Complete any other assigned duties
Job Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a Technical Service role or similar
  • Demonstrate impeccable integrity and professionalism
  • Strong electromechanical aptitude
  • Effective communication skills with a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in iOS, MS Office, and Windows OS
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Capacity to meet project deadlines
Qualifications and Required Skills:
  • Extensive travel and on-site servicing at client locations
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks
  • Technical competence for equipment servicing and repair
  • Comfortable with both hands-on tasks and desk work
  • Stand and work on-site for extended periods
  • Travel to Corporate Office for training sessions
