Shift Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week Job Summary The Institute for Biomedical Informatics is seeking a Technical Project Specialist III to serve as a Program Manager for the KY Dept.

for Behavioral Health, Developmental & Intellectual Disabilities (DBHDID) Information Systems contract.

The Project Manager is accountable for identification and measurement of key metrics for projects, business plans and regulatory agencies in collaboration with other Office Managers and stakeholders.

Additional primary responsibilities include the facilitation and the development of report analytic requirements to meet identified business needs including, dashboards, data visualizations, modeling, etc.

This position will work directly with sponsor leads and analysts to review code, recommend modifications to extracts/reports, and communicate risks to relevant leadership while prioritizing the workload of the team to meet deadlines of multiple ongoing data projects for sponsor.

This position will primarily be remote with occasional meetings in Frankfort at the Cabinet for Health and Family Services office.

Does this position have supervisory responsibilities? Yes Preferred Education/Experience Bachelor's degree plus six or more years of project management experience is preferred.
