Hours of Operation: 7:30am to 4:30pm

Introduction:

The Wholesale Warehouse Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales and ensuring operational efficiency within the company. This is an on-site position working between a showroom and a warehouse.

  • Engaging personality, someone like you who is seeking responsibility, and a natural people person. Great with working with other General Contractors/GC's and Installers.
  • Base Salary, Plus uncapped Commissions: 1st year 80K to 90K.

Sales: Commission is 10% of revenue sold (Wholesale)

  • Receive inbound calls and walk-ins (General Contractors & Turf Installers)
    • Showroom: Educate customers on our turf products
    • Explain our competitive advantage
  • Fulfill orders from customers, create invoices, collect payments, prepare orders and load trucks (forklift)
  • Outbound calls to past clients to update on new products and or reengage services.

Warehouse: (Wholesale)

  • Inventory: Manage stock, track and order inventory
  • Pay invoices in timely manner
  • Keep warehouse clean, organized and turf labeled
  • Cut turf and prepare turf for DFW crews
  • Cut and ship turf to other Magnolia markets when needed
  • Be at office from 7:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday
