Summary:
Join our team as a Retail Facility Manager to assist in the operations of our Goodwill retail facility. This role requires open availability, including nights and weekends, and the ability to drive for company business. If you're ready to work with minimal supervision and ensure the smooth functioning of the facility, this might be the perfect fit for you.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of related experience or training are required for this position.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Lead a team of employees in the Retail Store and Production Processing Departments, ensuring the daily operations run smoothly.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Adhere to organizational standards and procedures diligently.
  • Assist customers and donors courteously and efficiently.
  • Ensure the facility is well-maintained and safe.
  • Train and evaluate employees effectively.
  • Oversee all store operations in the absence of Facility Management.
  • Interact with customers to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control.
  • Follow all employment practices and guidelines.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees.
  • Promote open communication within the facility.
  • Take necessary actions to maintain employee performance.
  • Manage cash handling and security.
  • Maximize financial performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and regulations.
  • Collaborate with client services to support workforce initiatives.
  • Wear and maintain required Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Uphold agency confidentiality and security standards.
  • Comply with all health, safety, and fire regulations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
