We are seeking a talented and results-oriented AI Software Engineer / Developer to join our growing AI initiatives and drive the adoption of the latest generative AI (GenAI) technologies and languages. In this role, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence solutions to support various aspects of the firm's operations. You will leverage your expertise in a variety of AI technologies, including Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Conversational AI, and more, to automate tasks, improve data analysis, and build intelligent applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the companys AI initiatives and drive the adoption of the latest generative AI (GenAI) technologies and languages
  • Implement and manage chatbots, advisory systems, and other AI-powered solutions to enhance the companys products and services
  • Research and evaluate modern AI technology stacks, platforms, and tools to identify the most suitable solutions for the companys needs
  • Design, develop, and implement AI solutions utilizing OCR, NLP, CCAS (Cloud Communication APIs), Conversational AI (chatbots), and machine learning algorithms
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing databases and enterprise systems
  • Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
  • Perform data mining and analysis to identify patterns and trends for informed decision-making
  • Train, test, and refine AI models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including legal professionals, IT and management team
  • Document and explain AI solutions in a clear and concise manner for non-technical audiences
  • Flexibility with taking on additional IT responsibilities with tenure

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in designing and developing AI solutions
  • Proven experience with various AI technologies including OCR, NLP, CCAS, Conversational AI, and machine learning algorithms
  • Strong understanding of modern AI technology stacks, including cloud-based AI platforms, machine learning frameworks, and data engineering tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and either C#, C++, or Java, coupled with a strong understanding of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Proficient in managing large language models (LLMs), including training and optimizing these models for improved performance.
  • Proven track record of delivering production-ready AI solutions and presenting them effectively to management team
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to identify and address complex AI-related challenges
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and management team
  • Ability to work independently, keep an open mind and take initiative while also being a team player
