Job Title: QA Automation Engineer

• Interact with product management, project management, and development teams to understand project objectives for validated systems.
• Hands-on experience with Functionize automation tool and expertise in its configuration.
• Participate in troubleshooting and issue resolution across teams to identify root causes and drive solutions.
• Drive efforts to enhance test efficiency, minimize defects, and improve application quality.
• Participate in Agile planning, daily scrums, and sprint activities.
• Create test conditions, data, and scripts to address business and technical scenarios.
• Lead automation strategy and develop scripts for automated testing using tools like Selenium and Functionize.
• Execute and analyze automation test scripts for web and Cloud-based applications.
• Document and escalate issues using tools like JIRA and focus on quality improvement measures.
• Support IT audit responses and collaborate with Quality Assurance teams for compliance.
• Periodic review of IT Change Management tickets and assist in SOP drafting and revisions.
• Coordinate training on SOPs and ensure compliance with document controls.

• 3-4 years of experience in QA Automation roles within the IT department.
• Expertise in Selenium, Functionize, and automation testing frameworks.
• Experience in testing web-based and Cloud applications with functional and non-functional testing capabilities.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work independently with developers for testing and issue resolution.
• BS/BA degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, with knowledge of Computer Systems Validation Life Cycle.
• ISTQB AL Test Automation Engineer certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in JIRA and Microsoft Office Suite.
