Summary

The Digital Solutions Manager will collaborate closely with the business units to maintain & improve websites, provide & manage application solutions to employees, and optimize productivity through tool development & technology management. The individual in this position must be a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in web development and have proficiencies in a variety of IT systems and digital tools.

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and develop engaging and user-friendly websites using WordPress.
  • Maintain and update existing websites to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Provide technical support to team members and clients regarding website issues and IT solution related inquiries.
  • Conduct SEO audits and implement strategies to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
  • Optimize productivity and efficiency through the implementation and management of various software tools and systems.
  • Train team members on software usage and best practices Monitor website analytics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web development and IT end-user solutions.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Indirect; position requires strong leadership and management of outside suppliers.

Physical Demands

  • The individual in this role must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
  • This role requires the ability to interact with others through written and verbal communication.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

  • Full-time
  • Salary; exempt
  • Must reside on the East Coast, USA
  • Availability to work and attend meetings during standard East Coast business hours (8:30am - 5:00pm)

Pay

  • $70,000 annually, commiserate with experience.

Travel

This position can be remote with site visits to campuses as needed.

Required Education and Experience

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Three years of proven experience in website design and development.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress, Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks.
  • Experience with software administration and optimization, particularly Google Workspace, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms like Keap/Infusionsoft and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to troubleshooting technical issues.
