Coater Superintendent

Position Overview:
Due to a promotion, Green Bay Packaging Inc. is currently seeking a Coater Superintendent for our Coated Products Operations plant, located in
Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities:
This key management position will be responsible for Safety, Quality, Production, Training, and Coaching in a manufacturing environment. This facility has six coating and laminating lines.

Qualifications:

The selected candidate should have:

• A proven commitment to safety and best practice implementation
• A collaborative management style, with the ability to work well with all levels in the organization
• Outstanding Leadership Skills
• Excellent communication and effective team building skills
• Coating, slitting or web handling experience, a plus
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
• Strong computer skills
• 5+ years of Supervisory experience
• Experience in a labor relation in a union environment, a plus
• A fouryear bachelor's required; technical or engineering degree is preferred.

The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations.

Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings.
