Position Summary
The Imaging Supervisor is responsible for supervising and evaluating the professional and support staff of the assigned imaging areas; assisting in the budget preparation and financial management of the MRI department; coordinating scheduling of patients and staff; providing patient care; and assuming responsibility for designated assignments.

In this role, the Imaging Supervisor also performs professional services including various Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Imaging procedures that require independent and professional judgment and evaluates resulting exams for quality.
Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred .
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in field of licensure, preferably in an acute care setting, is required.
Licensure/Certifications
  • BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start.
  • Licensed in MRI by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) with certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) required.
