Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Registered Behavior Technician at Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC located in Nags Head, NC. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing behavior analysis techniques, providing behavioral interventions, and ensuring effective communication with patients. You will work closely with the therapy team and collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.

Qualifications

  • Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of behavioral intervention techniques
  • Understanding of psychology principles and theories
  • Experience working with individuals with special needs or disabilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related field
