Your Role as a General Manager:
As a General Manager, you will take full ownership of steering and supervising the daily operations at your location. You'll be pivotal in driving employee engagement and establishing a culture where team members are committed to delivering outstanding security and customer service experiences, all while sharing the captivating narrative of CLEAR.
You will directly manage both hourly and salaried team members, overseeing all administrative duties and leadership functions to ensure a seamless operation.

Main Responsibilities:
- Spent 70% of your time on the premises in a customer-facing capacity at the airport
- Ensure compliance with CLEAR and TSA policies and procedures at the utmost levels of security and integrity
- Supervise day-to-day activities of a team utilizing CLEAR technology for airport security, customer service, and sales duties
- Cultivate and retain a diverse talent pool that consistently meets CLEAR's benchmarks for security, service, and sales
- Forge strong relationships with TSA, airline, and airport collaborators; promptly address their requirements or inquiries, escalating as needed
- Ensure team understanding and adherence to operational/security protocols, laws, regulations, and company guidelines
- Successfully execute security protocols, manage risks, fulfill operational and compliance standards
- Coach, mentor, and train the team to achieve sales and customer service targets and standards
- Enhance airport enrollments through a sales program, offering consistent coaching, competitions, and acknowledgment while pinpointing areas for improvement
- Profound comprehension of technology and processes, adept at troubleshooting
- Efficiently handle labor allocation to maximize utilization, including oversight of payroll and scheduling
- Maintain equipment, signage, and facilities to meet brand standards

Your Profile:
- Minimum 6 years of leadership experience in a busy, customer-oriented setting with high volume (e.g., retail, restaurants, hospitality, rental cars)
- Self-driven, positive, and dedicated to fostering a collaborative team spirit
- Uphold high standards, possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and are dedicated to training, guiding, and motivating your team
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities and influencing others in a dynamic environment
- Unwavering commitment to attain individual and team objectives, with an eagerness to advance in your career
- Proficient in analyzing and reporting on KPIs regularly
- Physical capability to stand/walk for extended durations
- Ability to adhere to policies and procedures as required by CLEAR, airport, state, and federal regulations
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (e.g., weekends, holidays, early mornings, evenings)
- Must successfully complete a government background investigation
