Our full-service approach to supporting clients facilitates the entire employer benefit process for LTC insurance: carrier and plan design selection, customized enrollment, comprehensive benefits, service and administration.


Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented person to join our Benefit Billing Team.

This person will manage relationships between third party and client to facilitate resolution of issues regarding billing and payroll deductions.

Successful candidates will be highly motivated, articulate, professional, and possess excellent interpersonal and phone skills. This individual will be an expert at multi-tasking and juggling multiple projects.

Responsibilities:
Reviewing carrier invoices and monitoring client payroll deductions and submitted payments.
Preparing monthly reports to initiate new deductions.
Maintaining tracking tools to monitor deductions and payments, analyzing, and reconciling discrepancies, and initiating required adjustments.
Administer secure file transfers containing sensitive protected information.
Communicating (verbal and written) directly with insurance carriers and clients, including HR departments, payroll, accounts payable.
Managing and maintaining client administrative data, sensitive information, and tracking systems in both Salesforce (CRM) and Excel spreadsheets.
Additional projects as needed.

Successful Candidates will have:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically strong Excel skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to initiate and build friendly and efficient relationships with clients, carriers, and co-workers.
Experience with managing multiple projects and coordinating between multiple processes and supporting a variety of client's needs.
Well-developed problem-solving capabilities with a result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure.
Experience crafting efficient processes using both innovation and optimization of available resources.

Role Requirements (Must-Have Skills):
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically strong Excel skills.
3+ years of client servicing experience; account coordination and client billing.
Experience working with human resources & benefits, payroll, accounts payable.
Professional interpersonal skills with focus on email and phone communication.
Communicate complex information in an easy-to-understand manner, both verbal and written.
