Job Summary
The Field Service Technician, will complete scheduled service calls for residential, multi-family, and commercial properties. You will use the company provided van, equipment, and technology to manage schedules and build reports with details and photos. You will need to efficiently manage service appointments, provide excellent customer service, train and direct Assistant Service Technician, and have the ability to adapt to a changing work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer appointments and field dispatches.
  • Greet the client and explain the services you will be providing.
  • Perform (interior / exterior) maintenance services.
  • Complete digital job reports with photos.
  • Conduct routine equipment servicing out in the field.
  • Maintain equipment and inventory in the company vehicle.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and good driving record (Must be insurable).
  • Experience performing maintenance services. (Pressure Washing a plus)
  • Good communication skills with solid customer service attitude.
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule.
  • Some mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Physically fit and able to lift more than 40 without assistance.
  • Able to work from a ladder / roof, not afraid of heights.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
