CNC SWISS Machinist - $3,000 sign on bonus

Available Shift:

  • 2nd Shift (3pm - 11:30pm) Monday to Friday

$28 - $34/hr. depending on experience.

About the Role:

Are you a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist ready to join our team? We are offering a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for qualified candidates. In this position, you will be operating, setting up, and editing programs on CNC Swiss Machines to contribute to the production of medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in operating Citizen Swiss A-20, L-20, M32, M32Y, Tsugami machines
  • Set-up and operate machines within the department
  • Inspect parts for quality during production
  • Continuous monitoring of equipment and tooling
  • Follow instructions on Process sheets, Drawings, and Programs
  • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and other team members
  • Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the work area
  • Review and adjust programs to ensure accuracy
  • Conduct trials and simulations to verify proper functioning of programs and machinery
  • Measure finished work pieces for conformity to specifications
  • Adjust machine settings and tools as needed
  • Participate in the ECO Process for program modifications
  • Ensure high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience

Skill Set:

  • Proficient in setting up new work, program editing, and fixture building
  • Capability to train and guide department personnel
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and make tool adjustments
  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for team collaboration

Physical Requirements:

  • Light to moderate physical exertion
  • Maximum lifting capacity: 50 lbs
  • Frequent lifting of 1-10 lbs
  • Standing, reaching, and movement around the facility
