Who we're looking for

Toyota Financial Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced senior manager to lead a team of leaders and senior engineers responsible for delivering a world-class productivity and collaboration experience to our workforce.

The Senior Manager will oversee teams focused on Microsoft 365, unified communications and telephony services, collaboration solutions, and end-user compute engineering to a distributed, hybrid workforce.

What you'll be doing

Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of leaders, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to ensure individual and team goals are met.

Manage performance evaluations, career development, and succession planning for the team.

Technology Strategy and Execution:


Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for technology initiatives within the Microsoft 365, Unified Communications, Collaboration Services, and End User Compute Engineering domains.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technology solutions that enhance employee experience.

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate our technology offerings.

Self-Service and Automation:
Drive initiatives to enable self-service capabilities and automation across all supported technology areas.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual efforts, and increase efficiency through automation.

Champion the adoption of self-service tools and platforms to empower employees to resolve issues independently.

Employee Experience Enhancement:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the employee technology experience.

Implement strategies to enhance user satisfaction, productivity, and engagement through technology solutions.

Monitor and analyze key metrics related to employee experience and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement.

Vendor Management and Partnerships:
Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Evaluate vendor performance, negotiate contracts, and drive value-added partnerships to support our technology initiatives.

What you bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.


Proven experience (8 years) in managing teams responsible for Microsoft 365, Unified Communications, Collaboration Services, and End User Compute Engineering.

Strong understanding of self-service technologies, automation frameworks, and best practices.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies that align with business objectives.

Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.


Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
