- Hire opportunity offers $17 $18Hour based on experienceEssential Functions & Responsibilities:Respond to vendor and client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
Negotiate costs confidently within provided guidelines, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints.
Assess the performance of vendors for quality assurance purposes, providing feedback and guidance as needed.
Manage the timeliness and efficiency of workflow to meet company goals and deadlines consistently.
Possess a proficient understanding of property foreclosures and related processes.
Consistently meet or exceed company goals and deadlines.
Occasionally assist with sourcing vendors to meet client needs effectively.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.1 year of property preservation and FHA conveyance experience desired.
Prior outside sales and customer service experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel.
Experience working in Aspen desired.
Bilingual desired.
