The role of Steward/Dishwasher involves washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, utensils, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. The position also includes learning basic cooking skills. Starting at $14.50/hour plus commission.

• Scrapes and washes dishes by hand or machine, ensuring cleanliness.
• Washes pots and pans as per procedures, maintaining sanitation.
• Polishes silverware, ensuring cleanliness.
• Follows safety procedures and guidelines.
• Maintains proper temperatures and chemical levels.
• Keeps dish area clean and organized.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
• Cleans worktables, refrigerators, and other surfaces.
• Disposes of trash and transfers supplies.
• Assists in loading/unloading supplies.
• Performs additional duties as needed.

• Able to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Proficient in operating dishwashing equipment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Requires standing, bending, lifting, and multitasking.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and quick movements.
