Position Description:

Seeking an Experienced Underground Operations professional for a challenging career opportunity. Join us as an Underground Frontline Supervisor at our Goldstrike operations. As part of our Underground Operations team, we are looking for candidates with proven expertise in underground hard rock mining.

Responsibilities:
  • Assign and prioritize personnel as needed
  • Coordinate maintenance activities for equipment optimization
  • Ensure compliance with mine plans by closely working with the engineering team
  • Train employees on safe and efficient equipment operations
  • Complete additional assigned duties
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of six years of underground mine experience
  • At least three years of supervisory experience
  • Expertise in underground hard rock mining
  • Preference for experience in maintenance planning/scheduling
  • Strong communication skills with leadership abilities
  • Proven safety and performance track record
