Core Responsibilities:

Your Duties Include:

  • Conduct assessments and devise treatment plans
  • Regularly reassess treatment efficacy and participate in meetings
  • Provide discharge evaluations and recommendations for safety and resources
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff
  • Coordinate with other professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Requirements:

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid PT license in practicing state
  • Certifications in Basic Life Support and CPR
  • Minimum 1 year of PT experience, preferably in neurological rehabilitation
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Physical ability to meet job demands
