Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants in the Charlotte area to deliver high-quality in-home care and build meaningful relationships with our clients. Besides assisting clients with daily activities, they need support to stay engaged with the world through social events, appointments, and errands. Your role as a certified caregiver enables them to live life to the fullest. Our Care app tracks client care plans, changes in ADL status, and outcomes. This position involves various interactions with clients in their homes, including aiding with daily activities, maintaining their living environment, and keeping them connected to the community. It is an ideal role for individuals passionate about seniors and disabled adults.

Requirements

  • Verification of certifications
  • Minimum 1 year caregiving experience in home care or a skilled facility
  • Successful completion of background checks, including national and multi-jurisdictional checks, DMV verification, TB, and drug screenings
  • Adherence to quality care standards during shifts and teamwork protocols
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and car insurance
