Position Overview:
Nibav Lifts Inc. is seeking a meticulous and efficient Order Filler to join our team.
The Order Filler will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment to ensure our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Selection: Accurately pick products from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected.
- Packing: Securely and efficiently pack products for shipment, ensuring they are protected and properly labeled.
- Order Processing: Use order management systems to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet Nibav Lifts Inc.'s high standards before shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist with maintaining organized inventory levels, including restocking shelves and performing regular inventory counts.
- Shipping Coordination: Prepare orders for shipment, including generating shipping labels and documentation.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following all safety regulations and company policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for order management and inventory tracking.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
