As a Family Therapist at VPI, you will work closely with youth, their families, and the clinical team to provide essential support and therapy.

- Provide family therapy tailored to the needs of assigned youth.\t
- Collaborate as a member of an integrated clinical team.\t
- Assist parents in understanding and responding to youth through a trauma-informed lens.\t
- Participate in permanency and discharge planning.\t
- Maintain confidentiality of information within the VPI program.\t
- Attend weekly clinical team meetings and pursue professional growth opportunities.\t
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- \t
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.\t
- Experience working with traumatized children and/or adolescents.\t
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and strong interpersonal and organizational skills.\t
- Valid driver's license preferred and must be 21+ years of age.\t
- Authorized to work in the United States.
