Pay:
$23.00 / hour

Job Duties:

  • Serves food and beverages to guests in private event functions
  • Sets up private event functions (including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks and putting out table centerpieces).
  • Communicate any issues from guests to Banquet Manager.
  • Keep inventory of all equipment in order and stored in their appropriate areas.
  • Provide all guests with a 5star experience from start to finish
  • Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or as directed by supervisor.
  • Understands and can communicate products and services available to guests
  • Prebuss tables as needed
  • Ensure function rooms are properly cleaned and always showready

Education/Experience:

  • 1 year similar experience
  • High school diploma

  • Strong organizational and time management discipline.
  • Understanding of banquet operating systems
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Operate effectively in stressful situations.
