ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:


To assist the bar and server teams with product preparation and service, cleanliness of the environment, and equipment handling and maintenance in contribution a positive guest experience.


As a rooftop busser/barback, you will assist with the setting up of the rooftop with clean utensils, plates and silverware.

Also assisting the bar, serving, and kitchen team in maintenance and overall cleanliness of our rooftop bar, restaurant and pool.

Flexibility in Schedule Required. Must be able to work weekends/holidays.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and/or Experience

  • Prior experience and guest relations training required.
Communication Skills—

  • Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively, diplomatically and professionally with other departments, guests, and vendors in English.
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Physical Ability—

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, push, pull, stand, walk, and talk or hear.
  • The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, or telephone.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Other—

  • Must be able to work weekends/holidays.
  • Must have CA Food handling certificate.
