The Opportunity

MWC is seeking a dynamic and versatile Warehouse Team Leader to oversee and engage in all facets of warehouse operations during the assigned shift. This role is not just a job; it's an opportunity to lead, grow, and excel in a company that values your contribution and believes in your potential.This permanent position will report to the Warehouse Manager and key responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Spearhead the total operation of the shift, ensuring seamless production and adherence to schedules.
• Conduct daily crew meetings, focusing on safety, quality, and production goals.
• Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate digital records.
• Uphold Good Manufacturing Practices and safety standards.
• Operate and troubleshoot warehouse machinery.
• Generate KPI reports and resolve quality issues.
• Oversee the hiring and training of new team members, fostering a positive work environment and employee development.
• Implement GPS processes to drive efficiency and uphold MWC's core values.

The Skills you will bring to the team

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to operate or learn warehouse equipment.
• Strong attendance and safety record.
• Excellent communication and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in PC use and standard software applications.
• Knowledge of OSHA, USDA, HACCP, and safety practices.
