Generations of Red Bay, LLC, a long term care and rehabilitation center is hiring for beautician.

Accountability Objective:
The Beautician is accountable for providing residents with a high quality of hair and nail care to promote residents' grooming.
The Beautician is delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out the assigned duties.

Reporting Relationships:
This position reports to the Administrator.
Qualifications:

Must be an Alabama licensed beautician.
Must possess the ability to do nail care.

Specific Requirements:
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Must possess the ability to follow oral and written directions.
Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the general public.
Must possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel. Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level at which they are currently functioning.
Must be able to relate information concerning a resident's condition.
Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace.
