Montage International is seeking a Concierge to join our team. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring a wonderful guest experience through excellent service.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Greeting guests with a friendly and sincere welcome
  • Providing information and assistance to guests about the city and hotel attractions
  • Booking reservations for guests within the resort and at outside facilities
  • Logging guests' requests and following up as needed
  • Keeping track of daily guest activities and group events
  • Communicating with Reception and other departments regarding guest needs
  • Logging and delivering incoming and outgoing packages
  • Coordinating guest transportation

QUALIFICATIONS
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years' experience in an upscale hotel
  • Minimum of two years' customer service experience
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Exceptional guest recovery skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Adaptability to new software products
  • Available to work weekends, nights, and holidays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

This position involves standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, squatting, and performing various physical tasks.

As a Concierge at Montage International, you can expect a base pay starting at $26.79 per hour.

*Pay scale refers to the expected salary range, excluding additional incentives like commissions and gratuities.
