During the L2L training program, Waterway Managers take on various responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of the store, such as:

  • Provide excellent customer service and drive sales of car wash services and memberships.
  • Efficiently manage daily operations and lead a team to meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff the store based on business needs, adjusting as demand changes.
  • Ensure all closing procedures are followed and assets are secured.
  • Maintain high service standards and manage quality and customer service.
  • Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
  • Manage store inventories and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns.
  • Provide direction, coaching, and training to employees for enhanced performance.
  • Enforce company policies, especially those related to safety.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Willingness to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
