Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and in a friendly manner upon their arrival
  • Assist guests with luggage, ensuring efficient and prompt service
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and nearby attractions
  • Escort guests to their rooms, highlighting features and facilities
  • Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms
  • Arrange transportation for guests as requested
  • Maintain a tidy and organized lobby area
  • Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs to ensure a memorable stay for them

Qualifications:

  • One year of prior experience in Guest Services/Bell preferred
  • Valid CDL license if required
  • Familiarity with the local region and attractions
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Effective communication skills with the public and fellow employees
