Job Title: Claims Adjuster at Crawford & Company
Company Description: At Crawford, we are passionate about providing top-notch claims adjusting services to our customers across multiple lines of business. Our team is dedicated to delivering excellence in everything we do.
- Investigate coverage, liability, compensability, and damages with all parties involved in a claim as requested by customers or Crawford & Company.
- Interview claimants, witnesses, set claim reserves, handle evidence, and negotiate settlements.
- Prepare reports, maintain professional standards, and comply with regulations and service standards.
- Work on multiple cases, respond to on-site claim investigations, and participate in industry organizations.
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of insurance adjusting experience
- Knowledge of insurance coverage, practices, and negotiating skills
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
