Job Title: Food Service Staff Member

Join our Team as a Food Service Staff Member

This position involves preparing food in accordance with federal, state, and corporate guidelines, standards, and regulations, along with established policies and procedures. Our goal is to ensure top-notch food service at all times. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality food items based on standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery, and service timelines. In addition, you will play a key role in upholding rigorous cleanliness standards in the kitchen, managing and maintaining kitchen equipment, and contributing to production planning, record-keeping, and reporting tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food following standardized recipes and instructions
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment
• Assist in production planning, record-keeping, and reporting
• Ensure proper storage of food and supply items
• Follow established ticket collection procedures during service

• Excellent interpersonal skills with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers
• Ability to work safely while maintaining a tidy and secure work environment

Position Type:

This opportunity offers a Contract-to-Hire arrangement with a 90-day term.

Location:

This role is onsite in NA, Tennessee and will primarily involve customer interactions.

Work Attire and Environment:

Attire for the role includes black pants, a collared shirt, and black slip-resistant footwear. Please refrain from fake nails, fake lashes, facial piercings, or unnatural hair colors. The work hours are from 10 am to 6:30 pm, with potential weekly schedule variations and training on different shifts.
