What You Will Do

Join Trimble's Global Talent Attraction Team as an Event Planner and lead the charge in planning and executing dynamic conferences, job fairs, and other recruiting events. Collaborate with our TA Leadership, Early Career, and DEI Teams to manage our annual event calendar seamlessly. This is your chance to make a significant impact on our talent attraction efforts. • Select venues and negotiate contracts for recruiting events
• Manage logistics for events, including communication, travel planning, vendor setup,
• and contracts
• Partner with the TA Business Partners to select Trimble attendees for events
• Maintain an annual and quarterly event planning schedule, track event budgets and ensure invoices are paid on time
• Partner with Marketing to develop/refresh materials and collateral
• Attend and provide direction during events as needed
• Assist with sending follow up communications to candidates met at the event and ensure their data is tracked/stored in the appropriate systems
• Build and strengthen relationships with Employee Resource Networks
• Create post-event recaps, highlighting event details, successes and areas of opportunity
• Explore and develop non-traditional outreach tactics to connect with groups in support of our strategy

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Business or Communications, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
• 3+ years of event planning experience
• Experience collaborating and cultivating strong working relationships with the Talent Attraction Team, Marketing Team, Accounting, and external partners and vendors
• Effective time and project management skills, strong attention to detail, accuracy, and presentation skills

About Your Location

This role will report out of the Westminster, Colorado Trimble Headquarters office. You will be a Hybrid employee with the ability to work in the office 3 days per week
