JOB SUMMARY:

In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for individuals in Human Resources, handling various HR functions and administrative tasks. Perfect for someone starting or growing their HR career with opportunities for advancement.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • First point of contact for Team Members and applicants
  • Coordinate HR front desk functions
  • Assist in employee engagement activities
  • Facilitate HR actions like ADA requests and employment verifications
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma required, 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong administrative and organizational skills required, ability to make decisions independently, and excellent communication skills.

Technical proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe preferred.

Must be detail-oriented with time management skills and customer service focus.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

Must be able to sit or stand for long periods, operate office equipment, and navigate property areas.

Ability to interact with diverse individuals, handle physical tasks, and occasionally lift items.
