Job Description:

• Location: Jonesboro, Arkansas campus
• Position: IT Support focused on Academic Technologies
• Responsibilities:

• Assist in installation, management, and repair of network, telecommunications, and audio/video equipment
• Handle data entry, inventory, delivery, and set up of IT equipment
• Provide support for desktop, laptop, mobile, and tablet devices to faculty, staff, and students

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Capability to work in tight spaces and climb ladders
• Effective communication skills
• Experience with Mac/Windows systems and iOS devices
• Basic understanding or experience in Audio/Video Solutions, Video Capture, Digital Signs, and iPads
• Flexible availability to work 15-20 hours/week between 7am-5pm, Monday to Friday, including some evenings and weekends
