Description: We have a great opportunity for a Traffic Designer in our Transportation Department at our Mount Laurel, NJ location. The ideal candidate will handle traffic analysis and design tasks as well as assist with highway/civil design projects.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the design of traffic signal/electrical plans and intersection/highway lighting systems
  • Conduct intersection and roadway capacity analyses using HCS, Synchro, and SimTraffic software
  • Aid in conceptual construction staging alternatives design and traffic control, signing, and striping plans development
  • Participate in ADA-compliant facilities design
  • Offer Staffing Augmentation Services to State and Municipal clients


Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
  • EIT certification
  • PE license preferred
  • Zero to five years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in MicroStation
  • Traffic analysis skills
  • Ability to create professional deliverables following client standards
