If yes, then DMV's Digital Services Division (DSD) Staff Services team is looking for you DSD is seeking versatile AGPA talent to be part of a team responsible for the preparation and analysis of the division's budget, activity-based costing, purchasing, contracts, human resource functions and legislative analysis.

This role is part of a flexible work group that shares responsibility for core operational functions of the division and currently reports to a Staff Services Manager II.


Examples of daily tasks for the AGPA include:

  • Determine the status of budgeted items; track, analyze, and forecast expenditures and anticipated needs.
  • Process and monitor contract activities such as Requests for Proposals, Proofs of Concept, Statement of Work, lnteragency Agreements, and related invoice approvals and tracking.
  • Perform human resource functions, exams, hires, transfers, promotions and separations for a workforce of 65 employees.
  • Prepare divisional analyses of current and proposed legislation and its impact on divisional programs.
