Responsibilities of a Prep Staff Member:

  • Prepare recipes for house-made dressings and batch recipes.
  • Grill and prepare fresh ingredients for daily entrees.
  • Follow recipes accurately to maintain food quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Good communication skills with colleagues, supervisors, and customers.
