Responsibilities:

  • Researches and identifies project-appropriate CAD requirements.
  • Performs CAD design.
  • Participates in cross-discipline discussions and coordination with multidisciplinary teammates.
  • Assists to conduct site investigations and observations.
  • Assists to prepare narratives, architectural graphics, design presentations, drawing and specification documents in accordance with a high degree of quality, yet regarding project schedule and budget constraints.
  • At times, attends client meetings, and communicates with clients, consultants, contractors, and others during various states of project development.

Qualifications:
At least one year continuous experience in the A/E consulting field immediately prior to this assignment

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and AutoCAD/MS Office application interfacing

Minimum High School or GED equivelant with preference for completion of an Associates Degree or CAD Training Porgram

Valid driver's license
