Responsibilities:
  • Administer prescribed medications and fluids, maintaining accurate records.
  • Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions.
  • Respond to patients' needs promptly and effectively.
  • Take and record vital signs.
  • Perform various patient care tasks.
  • Ensure a safe environment and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the team and adapt to varying duties.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in Maine
  • Obtain and maintain BLS certification
  • Graduate from an accredited LPN program
  • Competency in word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry
