Hiring On-Call Charge Nurse LVN

Your Typical Daily Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day operations of the community Wellness CenterFollow up on physicians orders, coordinate services with ancillary providers and report to physicians and families any changes of condition or other pertinent clinical care informationProvide medication administration to an assigned group of residents according to physicians orders and report any adverse reactions or clinical observations documenting as necessaryEnsure resident care and service plans are followed by overseeing tasks of Medication Technicians and care providersMake appropriate situational decisions and manage conflict in a positive and constructive mannerUpdate and review resident medical records, clinical documentation, and incident reports

Flexible and adaptable with the ability to critically think and problem-solve in stressful or urgent situationsProficient in verbal and written English with strong oral and written communication skillsStrong leadership and supervisory abilities, adept at guiding and directing teamsWorks with a sense of urgency while paying close attention to detailIntermediate computer and mobile device skills

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Our Minimum Requirements

Current unencumbered LVN or LPN license in the State in which this community is locatedCPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hireAbility to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends and holidays
