***The employee is responsible to oversee the product quality and compliance of OEM products, return products and imported LKK products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Oversee quality of OEM LKK products. Conduct onsite inspection, sampling evaluation for quality and safety performance. Work closely with OEM supplier & HQ OEM team for proper documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with related functions and evaluate return products quality and safety. Prepare inspection and analysis report and disposition suggestion for management approval.
  • Perform inspection and evaluation of LKK imported products related nonconformance, verification studies and other special projects. Prepare all documentation and evaluation report to management related departments and project leads (including oversee LKK associates).
  • Follow up with inspection projects until product disposition.
  • Calibrate equipment and maintained all related records.
  • Perform sample testing.
  • Perform all other QA project assignments as requested.
  • Assist direct supervisor as requested.

EDUCATION, SKILLS and EXPERIENCES*
  • Bachelor's degree from fouryear college or university in food science or related field; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working experience desired

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read and comprehend equipment manuals and electrical diagrams for setup control loops.
