We are looking for Full-Time Physical Therapist candidates to join the team at Highland.

Responsibilities Include:

  • The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing referred patients needing rehabilitation services. This involves providing direct patient care to evaluate their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
  • Establish and implement a treatment program with specific goals based on the patient's capacity and tolerance under the Physician’s guidance.
  • Set realistic goals for patients, document their conditions, and educate them and their families on the care plan.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program or university.
  • Hold a valid professional license and registration in the state of MN.
  • Preferably have experience in long-term care and/or geriatric care.
  • Proficient in EMR documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, recertification, and discharge documentation.
  • Collaborate with all team members for patient-centered treatment.
  • Excellent patient service skills and clinical proficiency.
  • Adherence to scheduled hours and professionalism at all times.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Director of Rehabilitation with full confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
