Join Us as a Line Producer for Video Projects

We're on the lookout for a Line Producer to join the Aquent Studios x Adobe team. Your role will involve ensuring high-quality video production that meets all program objectives efficiently and within budget. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of video production and creative project management principles. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, Creative Directors, and Marketing Program Managers to oversee projects through all production stages from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include managing collaboration between the creative team and stakeholders, overseeing schedules, resource planning, and project delivery.

This position is a hybrid role that requires some time on-site at Adobe's offices in San Francisco's South of Market neighborhood.

Key Qualifications:

In-depth Expertise- Solid experience within an in-house creative agency environment

  • 5-7 years of video production experience, including project management, in a corporate tech marketing or ad agency setting
  • Experience in video production or similar environments with a strong understanding of production processes
  • Proficiency in managing projects and teams within a complex organization
  • Ability to handle multiple marketing projects, monitor progress, and provide status reports
  • Strong negotiation skills for production schedules, budgets, and resource planning
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners, understand their needs, and communicate effectively
  • Manage external partner relationships and communicate with key stakeholders
  • Proactively address issues, collaborate with the team, and ensure all parties are informed
  • Set clear expectations, identify roles, and responsibilities at project onset
  • Promote a collaborative work environment and team cohesion
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness, attention to detail, and independence
  • Manage projects with undefined scopes effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools like Workfront
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Compensation Range: $ per hour

The provided range is an estimate and may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
