  • Resolve product or service complaints by determining the cause of the problem
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools provided
  • Stay informed on the latest industry and company information in order to better inform customers
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Ability to greet customers with warmly and professionally and establish the problem or reason for calling
  • Cancel or upgrade accounts
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Passion for helping people
  • Possess an ability to build customer relationships
  • Strong typing skills
  • Flexible to work any shift, and any day including weekends
  • Professional and punctual
  • Genuinely happy and a not afraid to go above and beyond job requirements
  • Ability to work with challenging customer interactions
