We are on the lookout for a talented Maintenance Technician to join our crew at RidgeGate Apartments in Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle service requests, callbacks, and work orders promptly and efficiently
  • Complete assigned maintenance make-ready tasks
  • Prepare vacant apartments for new tenants
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of pools, spas, and outdoor furniture
  • Keep the property grounds, work areas, and maintenance shop well-maintained
  • Be available for after-hour calls and emergencies
  • Undertake additional duties and projects as delegated

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in multifamily maintenance
  • Preference for prior painting experience
  • Skills related to various building systems
  • Understanding of the unit turnover process
  • Proficiency in plumbing, pool and spa maintenance, appliance repair, electrical work, and basic roofing fixes
  • Hold a valid driver's license and have current auto insurance
  • Available to work 40 hours per week, participate in on-call schedules, and work weekends when on-call
  • Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Physical ability to perform medium to heavy work, including lifting up to 100 lbs.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination for tasks like climbing ladders and stairs
