Overview

This position is in charge of selling all relevant TT Electronics products in an assigned territory and at designated Distributors. The role involves collaborating with and supervising TTE Distributors to ensure that forecasted and budgeted sales targets are met through proactive sales efforts by motivating and supporting Distributor personnel to maximize sales and profitability. This opportunity is ideal for eligible candidates located across the US, offering remote and travel options.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively develops new business opportunities for TTE through distribution sales channels
  • Obtains purchase orders from Distributors and ensures efficient order handling in coordination with the sales desk at the factories
  • Coordinates contacts between the factory and customer, as needed
  • Engages in face-to-face sales calls at Distributor corporate and branch offices, meeting with various professionals
  • Involves TTE application engineering when necessary
  • Builds strong relationships at all levels to ensure cooperation with decision makers, acquiring comprehensive knowledge of customers and products
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends for long-term planning, consistently enhancing knowledge of TTE products and applications
  • Responds promptly and positively to management requirements and directives
  • Recommends and achieves forecasts, budgets, and financial goals
  • Directs Distributors towards meeting financial plan goals and driving sales growth
  • Negotiates product line forecasts with Distribution Director EMEA
  • Coordinates Distributors' advertising campaigns in compliance with contracts and European Marketing team
  • Reviews Distributors' performance regularly, taking corrective actions when needed
  • Monitors POS and inventory levels, providing insights on risks and opportunities
  • Ensures high competitive intelligence
  • Evaluates training needs for Distributors' sales personnel
  • Handles technical inquiries and provides guidance to sales desk
  • Maintains regular reporting on NBOs, visits, and activities
  • Collaborates with OEM sales team
Competencies:
  • Must be a capable motivator and communicator able to sell and present ideas to TT Management
  • Excellent verbal skills to communicate instructions and new product lines to Distributors
  • Good presenter for larger audiences
