We are looking for Warehouse Associates to join our NAPA family in Columbus, OH, USA

At our Parts Store, we have a wide range of parts available for our customers. As a Warehouse Associate, your role is crucial in ensuring these parts are efficiently delivered from our warehouse/stockroom to our stores, making a positive impact on our customers' lives.



What you'll be doing:
  • Expedite incoming and outgoing freight in our NAPA Distribution Center Warehouse
  • Receive, stock, pull, stage, load, and ship freight
  • Process inventory to maximize warehouse space usage
  • Check, verify, load, stock, and pull inventory to fulfill store and customer orders
  • Unpack incoming parts shipments from suppliers
  • Pick orders accurately and efficiently, meeting set picking quotas
  • Use electronic scan-gun for order accuracy and safe packaging
  • Ensure compliance with safety rules and procedures for handling hazardous materials
  • Clean and maintain the warehouse and specific product line areas
  • Load customer orders into delivery trucks and maintain warehouse machinery
  • Perform daily inspections of equipment and complete required documentation
What you'll need:
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment
  • Capability to lift and move heavy parts
  • Able to operate moving aids such as hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks
  • Basic computer terminal operation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Physical agility to bend, twist, squat, climb, push, and pull with speed
  • Availability to work within specified hours with occasional weekend shifts
