Description:
Long Term Leave Replacement BCBA Full or Part-time. To assist students with behavioral needs and guide teachers toward successful implementation of proper intervention strategies.

Position available September 06, 2024 to on or about December 06, 2024

Job Summary:

  • Create plans to manage students with behavioral needs
  • Provide comprehensive plans based on observation, evaluation, data collection, and monitoring of progress
  • Provide individual or group instruction to target populations
  • Identify triggers that lead to inappropriate behaviors and design strategies to minimize such behaviors

Qualifications:

  • Valid NJ Instructional Certificate School Psychologist, BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) or BCaBa (Board Certified Assist Behavior Analyst)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of effective behavioral methods and developmentally appropriate behavioral activities
  • Ability to maintain a positive rapport between teachers, students and parents
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status.
