Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled Front-End Developer with expertise in Angular, preferably with experience in a Microsoft stack (.Net/Core/C#) / Azure backend environment.

While primarily a front-end role, there are opportunities for full-stack development for individuals inclined towards it.

The ideal candidate should be a collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring junior team members and positively influencing the team dynamics.


In this position, you will be responsible for developing specific sections of the platform architecture, technical solutions, and related services for Clients.

Functioning as a technical leader and specialist in solutions, you will focus on enhancing features and capabilities of online technologies and service platforms.

You will collaborate closely with the Client Technology leadership team and business stakeholders to deliver software and IT services meeting user requirements.

The candidate should demonstrate expertise in building enterprise-scale web solutions using leading cloud platforms (e.g., Azure or AWS), backend technologies (.NET/Core), and frontend technologies (Angular). Our team thrives on challenges and the potential to redefine the healthcare service management experience.

Responsibilities and Qualifications
  • Develop scalable front-end features using Angular 12+ against REST/GraphQL back ends, preferably within Azure.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle from analysis to deployment and maintenance.
  • Contribute to the evolution of software architecture and design.
  • Collaborate with business and technology teams to analyze specifications and decompose them for testing.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology and development principles for optimized code and enhanced customer experiences.
  • Write comprehensive automated tests and respond to inquiries regarding software functions.
  • Review solution designs, support project planning, and maintain a technology roadmap.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis, establish coding standards, and mentor junior engineers.
  • Prepare technical documentation, lead special projects, and follow architectural best practices.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in IT preferred or equivalent educational experience.
  • Extensive experience in web development technologies, cloud systems, and Angular development.
  • Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks, REST APIs, and Microsoft Stack technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, web services, and testing tools.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian JIRA/Confluence and Azure DevOps.
  • Experience in systems design, integration testing, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and maintain confidentiality.
  • Passion for learning and creativity, with a strong desire for growth.
