**Area Manager - Manufacturing**

Join our team at ASML to drive continuous improvement initiatives and streamline operations across our Optics manufacturing facility.

  • Lead a functional area of our manufacturing operations with a team of 40 employees and 3 shift manager direct reports
  • Ensure safe and timely delivery of high-quality products while driving process improvements
  • Collaborate with sister factories to share best practices and optimize production
  • Engage in new product and process industrialization through partnerships with Engineers

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to fabricate precision optics meeting key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with engineering to enhance process efficiency
  • Drive solutions to quality issues and maintain alignment with company objectives
  • Develop competencies and strategies to meet customer requirements
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of innovation
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field required
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in Optics
  • Strong LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement background
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, SAP, ISO standards, and technical skills
